We are planning on selling mom’s home. I sought out several home inspectors, many of whom did not even respond back to me. Inspect The Best Wisconsin was the very first to respond. They were eager and willing to inspect the home right away. When we hired them they contacted us via e-mail and telephone confirming the appointment, making their responsiveness and reassurance they were there for us head & shoulders top-notch! Then on top of it they gave me a military discount!! Their amazingly detailed report was e-mailed to us very shortly after the inspection. Every finding had color digital pictures with circle or arrow highlights to show us the fine details and why the item should be addressed. They even imported architectural depictions and diagrams showing how the inspected item should properly function. I am amazed how much I learned by reading their report. But they also included a list of major items in the house that they looked at, but did not find a problem. In those cases they described the make and model such as hot water heater, water softener, a/c, and appliances showing us they were absolutely thorough. Now I wish I could hire them again to come inspect my 17-year old home in Texas to show me anything hidden that I can get on now to keep my residence in good shape. Paul did an inspection on a house we were purchasing. He set up an appointment right away and explained what would be done. We also had the radon testing done. The cost was in line with what others charged. The report was thorough and easy to understand. Any questions we had were answered promptly and clearly. I would definitely recommend this company.
